Tammy Eisenhart is a Registered Nurse and Level 1 Certified CrossFit Coach with over 18 years of experience in the nutrition and fitness industry. She specializes in creating custom nutrition plans and coaches clients on healthy eating behaviors and strategies that result in lasting lifestyle changes.

Tammy is a well known member of the Albany community, having grown up in Albany and having served the community for 20 years. Her strong passion for helping clients improve their overall health and wellness has proven to be evident in her many clients testimonials and successes.
